70 y/o male with 11cm Juxtarenal AAA, bilateral Iliac Aneurysms and Ectopic pelvic kidney arising from bifurcation. In certain situations, Open repair is still the standard. (Supraceliac control, reimplantation of pelvic kidney Artery on the right limb)
Endovascular repair of ruptured AAA with hostile neck and unstable patient using Double Renal Chimney EVAR (ChEVAR). Intra-Aortic occlusion balloon used during the case to maintain adequate BP. Completion with adequate seal and stabilized patient.
Acute Aortic Occlusion with Thrombosed AAA. Managed with Open repair emergently.
